Global Peace Day 2021: The e-Human Peace Chain of Malaysia
Building on the previous year’s success, Global Peace Day 2021 saw a nationwide e-human peace chain in Malaysia. Representatives from all 14 states participated, each sharing their unique peace message online. These uplifting messages were compiled and featured on the ‘jom1Minit’ Facebook platform, creating a powerful digital chain of unity and goodwill across the nation. This initiative highlighted the collective commitment to peace and the enduring strength of community—even in a virtual world. The event captured the spirit of hope, inclusiveness, and progress, setting a positive example for future peace-building efforts.
Global Peace Day 2021 – Speak From Your Heart Malaysia for Peace
In 2021, as part of the Global Peace Day celebrations, more than 30 children enthusiastically participated in the “Speak From Your Heart” art competition for Peace. The event invited young minds to express their visions of peace through art.
We were deeply inspired by the amazing illustrations received from these young hearts, each reflecting pure hope, harmony, and understanding. Their creativity and sincerity served as a beautiful reminder that the message of peace is universal and timeless. This enlightening experience affirmed the power of art to express the deepest desires for a peaceful world.
