Step 1: Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Step 2: Follow these rhythmic breathing steps:

  • Inhale for a count of 3

  • Hold your breath for a count of 3

  • Exhale for a count of 3

  • Pause in silence for a count of 3

Step 3: Repeat this breathing cycle four times

Step 4: Conclude by reciting, mentally or aloud, the following pledge:

  • “I am Peace keeper”

  • “I am Family Peace keeper”

  • “ I am National Peace keeper"

  • “I am Global Peace keeper”
