Step 1: Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Step 2: Follow these rhythmic breathing steps:
Inhale for a count of 3
Hold your breath for a count of 3
Exhale for a count of 3
Pause in silence for a count of 3
Step 3: Repeat this breathing cycle four times
Step 4: Conclude by reciting, mentally or aloud, the following pledge:
“I am Peace keeper”
“I am Family Peace keeper”
“ I am National Peace keeper"
“I am Global Peace keeper”
