Yes, it’s my autoimmune story that is being prevented till this day through 1 minute of silence!!!!!!!!!! The moment I experienced a famous saying ,

“WE CANNOT HARM OTHERS WITHOUT HARMING OURSELF” – the result of All autoimmune diseases.

Being a Naturopathy and Yoga doctor, had tried many lifestyle changes and along with those practices the best thing I would say in my Prevention part would be 1 minute silence every day.

At first, I followed this 1 minute of silence only 1 time a day at 11.11 AM as said by Gurumahan and found some positive healing changes in my skin. Then I felt why shouldn’t we practice this every hour to fasten my healing process and I got the skin to be reversed to its normal texture within 42 days along with some lifestyle changes.


Out of my curiosity, I started to find the reason behind the cure through self-research.

This 1 minute of silence made me to focus on my inner silence and slowed down my thoughts at least for 14 times a day apart from my sleeping hours. There was some happy and positive feeling been experienced through this silence through which I understood the science behind it where my happy hormone DOPAMINE is increasing and my stress hormone CORTISOL is being decreased

This made me to correct my hypothalamic- pituitary axis homeostasis which is the major reason of my suffering.


This made me to come to a conclusion that,

  1.  Being happy helps in increasing the inner peace

  2. This eventually corrects the inner biological clock called the circadian rhythm

  3. Having an average lifespan of 65 years as a human, this 1-minute silence can keep the being happy for at least 2.5 crore times along his lifetime.


Practice this 1 minute of silence everyday and keep your CIRCADIAN RHYTHM healthy and your body Disease free.
